Sunnybrook Research Institute is the research enterprise of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, a teaching hospital fully affiliated with the University of Toronto. Research spans three Toronto-based campuses, eight programs and three scientific platforms. Summary of Duties:
The successful applicant will work on a cardiac MRI analysis project.
This position will primarily involve analysing MR images and assisting with experimental studies. This will include manual segmentation and registration of cardiac images, organizing research data, using established methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis of images, and ensuring data reproducibility.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a strong foundation in medical imaging principles and analysis.
You will be working with a small team of researchers, managing your project with input and support from other staff. You will be expected to follow established workplace practices.
