We currently have a temporary, full-time opportunity for a Corporate Project Manager (PM) in our Information Services department. Reporting to the Director, Project Management Office (PMO), this role will be responsible for all aspects of delivering assigned projects in the domains of Secure Software Edge (SSE), Internet of Things (IoT) and Identify and Access Management (IAM) using project management best practices. The Corporate Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring PMO project life cycle processes and documentation standards are adhered to and ensuring appropriate user engagement and change management. The Corporate Project Manager will be assigned multiple projects based on initiative scope.
The Corporate Project Manager will have experience in implementing solutions in the cybersecurity domain and be responsible for ensuring appropriate cross-department expertise is engaged to support successful implementation, go live and ongoing operations.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead end-to-end project management for SSE, IoT, and IAM initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively to minimize impact.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
- Drive communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience managing projects in SSE, IoT, and IAM or related technology domains.
- Strong knowledge of Secure Software Engineering principles, IoT architectures, and Identity and Access Management frameworks.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant project management certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an asset.
