(Temporary Part-time, approx. 7-10h/week, with flexible work hours (days, evenings and/or weekends).
Term: Approx. 15 weeks from early March to mid-June, 2026
Summary of Duties:
- Work with our interprofessional team to assess front line staff’s knowledge about the impact of medical isolation on LTC residents
- Assess the effectiveness initiatives designed to increase staff engagement in mitigating the effect of medical isolation
- Work with our interprofessional team to design and implement information/education sessions for family members of LTC residents
Qualifications:
- Successful applicants will have at least a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of clinical experience in a health care setting (hospital or long term care).
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis of data
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications is necessary.
- Applicants must be self-starters and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- The successful applicant must be compliant with current long term care requirements for vaccination.
- The successful applicant must be able to work on-site.
