Assistant to the Chief, Integrated Community Program

Type: Part-time | Permanent | Hybrid

Location: Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre

 

Key responsibilities:

Scheduling and calendar management for the Chief

Coordinating meetings, materials, and follow-ups

Project and task tracking across initiatives

Drafting emails and documents

 

On-site coordination across hospital teams (meetings, liaison, document delivery, and other tasks) - when necessary

 

Skills required:

Highly organized, proactive, strong communication skills

Comfortable working with senior leaders and multiple teams

Admin / executive support or coordination experience preferred

 

Pay: Hourly rate of $30.50, plus 4% vacation pay. 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
