The Mood and Anxiety Treatment and Research Program in the Department of Psychiatry at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre SHSC and SRI seek an outstanding candidate in clinical psychology to work on various clinical research studies planned and/or underway that aim to test the clinical efficacy and treatment mechanisms of CBT treatments for OCD.
The postdoctoral fellow will work closely with the study principal investigator, Dr. Neil Rector. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology by the start of the position as well as clinical and research experience in empirically supported psychological treatments. Knowledge and experience with database management software and advanced statistical techniques, such as MLM, would be an asset.
Opportunities will include sharing participation in the development and implementation of clinical trial research, tracking participants through various clinical study protocols, data management and analysis, and collaboration in training and oversight of the different projects. There will be opportunities for manuscript development, grant writing mentorship, and a range of other collaborative research opportunities. The postdoctoral fellow will work alongside other researchers in the lab. Activities and clinical supervision meeting the requirements for licensure with the College of Psychologists of Ontario will also be provided.

The pay scale is benchmarked to the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) postdoctoral salary scale which will pay at or above this set rate.
