Summary of Duties
Provide a full range of administrative services to the Patient Flow Specialists and Shift Managers under direction of the Patient Flow Manager. This position requires daily interaction and collaboration with the interprofessional team. Responsible for maintaining various data bases and with all aspects of the repatriation process.
Qualifications/Skills

One year of Community College
-
One year of Administrative/Business experience required, in a health care setting preferred

Experience collecting and presenting data
-
Medical terminology course preferred

Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Positive team approach to problem solving and ability to take direction

Ability to work in a changing fast paced environment and ability to multitask

Proven ability to respond effectively in a stressful situations and within pre-established time limitations

Typing 40 w.p.m. with maximum 5% error rate

Demonstrates sound judgment and diplomacy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
