Salary Range: $41.265/hr - $52.501/hr

Summary of Duties
1.    Provides safe and quality care to patients within the department.  Collects records and verifies patient history and information.  Obtains informed consent when required
2.    Performs a variety of diagnostic procedures in the Breast Imaging department in accordance with applicable legislation, clinical standards and departmental procedures.
3.    Perform Radiologist supervised breast ultrasound 
4.    Assists radiologists in image guided procedures
5.    Maintains adequate records and documentation according to departmental policy and procedures   
6.    Performs required care and maintenance of equipment as required. 
7.    Assists radiology residents and fellows within the Breast Imaging division
8.    Collaborates and participates in Imaging research as directed

Qualifications/Skills
1.    CMRITO Registration in the specialty of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
2.    Prior breast ultrasound experience required
3.    Mammography experience would be an asset; and is not manadatory
4.    Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, and also at times independently if and where applicable
5.    Demonstrated ability and experience in ashering to imaging protocols and any medical directives 
6.    Commitment to continue education 
7.    Commitment to demonstrate understanding of multi-modality approach in breast imaging
