(Temporary Part-time, approx. 7-10h/week, with flexible work hours (days, evenings and/or weekends). 

Term:  Approx. 15 weeks from early March to mid-June, 2026

 

Summary of Duties:

  • Work with our interprofessional team to assess front line staff’s knowledge about the impact of medical isolation on LTC residents
  • Assess the effectiveness initiatives designed to increase staff engagement in mitigating the effect of medical isolation
  • Work with our interprofessional team to design and implement information/education sessions for family members of LTC residents

 

Qualifications:

  • Successful applicants will have at least a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of clinical experience in a health care setting (hospital or long term care). 
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis of data
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications is necessary. 
  • Applicants must be self-starters and able to work independently. 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • The successful applicant must be compliant with current long term care requirements for vaccination.
  • The successful applicant must be able to work on-site.
