Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Officer (Brand & Content), we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator on a 6-month contract to provide essential operational and logistical support to the marketing team. This role  contributes to the effective operation of marketing campaigns by maintaining accurate tracking, managing assets, coordinating activities and supporting vendor relationships.

The successful candidate is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven role, enjoys working with data and systems, and is comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders across marketing initiatives.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator (Contract), you will:

  • Support with video production, photography, presentation development and marketing materials
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to support the production of marketing and event collateral
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Ensure assets are properly labeled, versioned, and accessible for marketing and creative teams
  • Generate, manage, and maintain UTM tracking URLs to support accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement
  • Implement and ensure tracking links follow established naming conventions and documentation standards
  • Assist with sourcing campaign performance data and basic analytics from internal platforms and web-based tools
  • Locate, retrieve, and organize digital assets, images, and photos from the Canto digital asset management system

 

Qualifications and Competencies

Below are qualifications and competencies we believe the successful candidate will need for this role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a related administrative or project support role
  • Experience working with digital tracking, analytics tools, or marketing platforms is an asset
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Total Rewards Package

The hiring range for this position is $47,000 – 58,000. The salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s years of experience, qualifications and competencies that are relevant to this position.

In addition to salary, our competitive compensation package includes HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan), hybrid work environment with a minimum of two (2) days in office and additional Sunny Days (long weekend closures in advance of summer long weekends and Christmas Eve) for contracts longer than 1 (one) year in length.
