Summary of Duties

  • Assist with management of internal Stat Stores Inventories across all sites
  • Oversees all specialty fixed inventories
  • Participates in planning and operationalization of Physical Inventory Counts across all sites
  • Updating/maintaining the SAP database specific to Unit Supply carts, Virtual carts and Stat Stores
  • Responsible for daily backorder report, alternate product identification, planning and communication
  • Works collaboratively across a broad group of stakeholders; clinicians, Hospital Finance, Logistics, Plexxus staff and Vendor representatives
  • Participates and assists in special projects with the Departments (i.e., cart reviews, and optimization), Hospital and Plexxus
  • Supports internal Logistics activities specific to product conversations across all sites, as well as material changes within SAP

 

Qualifications/Skills

  • Secondary School Diploma and completion of relevant college/university program
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in Supply Chain
  • Previous experience in a Hospital Supply Chain/Materials Management preferred.
  • Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and coordinate many activities
  • Microsoft Office applications - specifically Excel
  • Experience with SAP software preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
