Job Summary:
The SAP Project Coordinator will provide crucial support to the SAP Project Manager and Organizational Change Management Manager in ensuring the successful execution of SAP projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, and assisting in training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. SAP project experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the SAP Project Manager and Organizational Change Manager in planning, organizing, and managing project tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Track project progress and update project plans and schedules related to testing, training & communications.
• Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure that all project files are up-to-date and accessible on hospital specific storage platform.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Support the design and development of communication plans, training programs, and supporting materials (e.g. templates, training manuals).
• Support the coordination and delivery of training programs for end-users.
• Gather and document stakeholder feedback and changes to project materials and deliverables.
• Support post go-live phase activities such as tracking and monitoring defect status.
• Support other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of SAP systems and modules is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in SAP project environments.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices.
• Experience in planning and delivering user training sessions.
